Robert D. Jones is President and CEO, IngoodCompany LLC consulting firm, founded in 1986, and the new nuClusiv® LLC with unique, innovative approach to organizational diagnosis, strategy, program planning, executive and management coaching, and board development. He also founded and Chairs “InclusiveWorks®,” a new international CultureNeutral® framework initiative.

Selected as a New Pittsburgh Courier “2008 Man of Excellence” in the category of Corporate, Rob has led and/or teamed to produce strategies and plans in a variety of nonprofit and for profit organizations over the last quarter century. Designed for a range of organization types, Rob’s unique approach helps link strategies and actions to mission and objectives with exceptional clarity, supports organizations, both large and small with visionary strategic planning, creative communications and outreach, group facilitation and team problem solving.

Rob is widely known for his corporate career in major U.S. energy companies. He supported more than six billion dollars in energy infrastructure investment statewide through public affairs, community relations, economic development and ranging foundation and community relations work that included over half a billion dollars in direct grant making over his career. Rob also served as instructor at the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (International Management Development Institute) where he taught business information systems, human resources management.

As a social scientist, Rob’s landmark applied research within business organizations has provided the academic and scholarly basis for a trademarked innovative approach to diversity & inclusion known as CultureNeutral™, along with organizational diagnosis and team problem solving, focused on key metrics and methods that can systematize sustainable, productive and strategic utilization of human capital.

Rob majored in Human Resources Management at Geneva College (Research Honors), and majored in Information Systems at the University of Phoenix, Arizona (BSBA); was the scholarship recipient (African American Chamber) for the Katz Graduate School of Business CEE MAP MBA Program, and holds, a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Often referred to as the “Ambassador of Pittsburgh,” Rob’s regional nonprofit and community experience is extensive, having facilitated and guided visioning, strategy, planning, policy and governance initiatives at many. The list, includes Allegheny Regional Asset District (Board/Chair); Local Government Academy (Chairman Emeritus), Pittsburgh Action Against Rape (Board President); Westmoreland Cultural Trust (Board), Monroeville Chamber, Altoona Blair County Development Corporation (Board), among others. Other recent leadership service engagements include Robert Morris University School of Economics and Legal Studies (Advisory Board); Mid-Monongahela Industrial Development Association (Board of Directors), Butler County Community Development Corporation (Board of Directors), Rivers Club (Board of Governors), BBBS of Allegheny County (“Big”); University of Pittsburgh Institute of Politics (Fellow), African American Chamber of Commerce in Southwestern Pennsylvania (Foundation Board and Founding Member), Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Western PA (Board), RiverQuest (Board of Directors), Duquesne University (Advisory Board, School of Leadership and Professional Advancement/Paralegal Institute. Rob has provided meaningful service to dozens of other nonprofit boards and advisory groups across southwestern Pennsylvania.

Rob has been a frequent guest columnist for The New Pittsburgh Courier, has authored “End Stage Diversity – Introduction to a CultureNeutral® Framework,” (2012), is a resident of Pittsburgh, PA where he and wife, Edina have raised their family.
